Applying for a job can be exciting, we understand that very well. That is why we would like to inform you about what this process looks like for us. We want to get to know you and discover together whether EG Group is the right match for you.
Applying at EG Group is very easy and can be done within 20 seconds, all you need is your CV. After receiving your application, we aim to contact you by telephone within two working days, but preferably as soon as possible.
We get to know each other through a short telephone introduction and when we click, we schedule a physical meeting. During this first on-site interview you often speak with the recruiter and/or your direct manager within the position. Together we look at the position, you as a person and EG Group as a company.
If you are positive and so are we, a second one will often follow
conversation with one of the managers or team leaders. Are you applying for an employee?
a conversation is often sufficient to draw up the proposal for your employment.
One may only be available for managers and head office positions
reference check takes place.
Do we both agree to the terms of your employment? We will then immediately draw up your contract and you will receive it from us for signature. In consultation, we will determine your start date at EG Group and start the program for your onboarding.
